Both photos of the Steamer H. M. HOXIE are from the S&D Reflector June 1970.  This photo was taken about 1904.        This photo of the H. M. HOXIE shows her in 1906 after she had sunk.

The Steamer H. M. HOXIE sank during April 1906.  She was raised that fall and arrived at the Elizabeth Marine Ways on October 29, 1906.  She was rebuilt and renamed the DUQUESNE. She left the Ways on January 31, 1907.
