The photos above shows the PITTSBURGH COAL at the Elizabeth Marine Ways.  At EMW is where this boat had it finishing work completed in 1937.  Based upon the apparent pristine condition of the boat in this photo I am guessing this photo was taken in 1937 near the completion of its construction.
