FRANK FOWLER

JW writes that the Steamer FRANK FOWLER docks on January 10, 1917.  He actually writes 1916 but the page comes after December 1916 and before other 1917 entries making me believe this page is January 1917.  The only other mention of this boat is on August 7, 1923 when the FRANK FOWLER is at the Ways for one day.
