This photo from the collection of Historic Pittsburgh is of the Pittsburgh Exposition Center.  On the left side is a boat, the Steamer DELTA    In this close up the name DELTA is easily readable.  The photo is dated 1900

The Steamer DELTA is one of the earliest boats that JW writes about doing repair work on. This boat has wheel repairs on September 30, 1895, April 26, 1898, and November 15, 1900.
